At InHouseCarbonz (IHC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our updated return and refund guidelines below:

🕒 Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, please contact us at inhousecarbonz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Warranty
Warranty coverage is only valid when installation and inspection are carried out by trusted and certified garages. Any damage or issues resulting from installation at unverified or unauthorized garages will not be covered under warranty.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
